"Critically Corrupt File"

Hi, I just finished an arrangement in Musescore and it crashed (after it kept adding extra or deleting beats in several measures). I was working on fixing these additions/deletions when it crashed, and now it won't even let me open it (the only option to click on when the notice pops up is "OK"). I've looked on some of the forums but cannot seem to figure out how to retrieve my score, any help/suggestions are appreciated.
