MuseScore 4 freezes when changing MIDI input device (Windows 10)

I installed MuseScore 4 today (through MuseHub on Windows 10) and tried to change the MIDI input device. It immediately froze. I had no scores open at the time, if that matters.

Edit: I made sure this was repeatable. Also, changing the output device works fine.
