MuseScore 4 ignores "Scores" folder

After setting the "Scores" folder, MuseScore 4 completely ignores it. The "Open" dialog still opens in C:\Users\(me)\Documents\MuseScore4\Scores (as well as the "Open other" button on the Scores screen).
