On my device, some menus within Properties go off-screen with no way to bring them back. This prevents me from modifying the score in certain ways.
For example, when I select a range of notes, go to Properties, select Note under Notation, click Show more under Stem, I cannot view the subsequent menu items.

This issue affects me as well - a workaround is to select only and exactly the element you want to modify the properties of. Then musescore does not create a kind of "pop-up" off the notes selector which cannot scroll and goes off screen. See screen recording: https://streamable.com/pjctoj
