Display header starting at specific page?
Hello all,
My header is "Dream - $p" - when I set the starting page number to a negative number, the page numbers themselves won't be displayed until they get to one, however, the text "Dream -" will be displayed. Is there anyway to prevent this? Is there anyway to not display the page number until page 2?
