printing bugs (?) - clefs and chord symbols
hi, I love musescore and the freedom it gives me to make arrangements (and even listen to or output audio in various ways.)
That said I'd like to figure out a problem I've had printing, especially chord symbols using ms 3.6.2 under Mac OSX 12.6 on a MacBook Pro M1. (I think I remember similar problems on an older Mac with an older version of MS3.)
The layout looks fine in musescore and in generated PDFs, but when I print from musescore or print the PDFs there are several problems, particularly at the left margin (clef, key signature, ...) and in the accidentals contained in chord symbols (they are gone or reduced to small smudges.)
I'll attach a very simple MS3 file, a screen shot showing roughly what I expect the printout to look like, and a picture showing what I actually get, with some red pencil to draw attention to perceived bugs.
I'd be grateful for advice on how to fix or work around these problems.

Thanks for the quick response. Changing
- the Musical symbols font
- Musical text font
(under Format/Score) to Bravura or Emmentaler instead of Leland did in fact solve the issues with the treble clef and time signature. The Chord symbols are unchanged. They don't look different on screen either. Do I need to change that font somewhere else?

That's a different font, Edwin. Change to FreeSerif might help

I didn't find where to set the font for chord names.

Found it. Thanks!
That indeed helps! Much appreciated! And I checked now to make sure dotted notes were also printing correctly. (They were also a casualty of this bug -- whatever its exact nature. I'll attach the musescore file that now prints for me without the reported errors.)
Thanks again for your help.

Does anyone have advice for automating these selections in all of my scores?

Using a style file

Or using one of the other available workarounds
Is there a way to change all of the fonts at once to something compatible with Mac and the printing issue?
Thanks,

Why? There's only one font having this issue, the musical font Leland, so just one change in Format > Style > Score

Or, to change all the text fonts, use a style file
Save style, open that file with an editor, replace Edwin with Free Serif, save, load style file
