tuplet brackets for beamed tuplets don't follow the beam's slope
tuplet brackets for beamed tuplets don't follow the beam's slope, but are always horizontal
This is different from 1.x, where the tuplet bracket follows the beam's slope.
It is also inconsistent with non-beamed tuplets.
It also results in the tuplet number to get misplaced (to far away from the beam), even if no bracket is shown (bracket set to automatic or none)

This is a pretty major problem. While easy to correct manually via inspector (or just click and drag), it's a pretty fundamental issue which I only hope is an easy fix for the devs.
It is indeed pretty easy to fix this for the easy cases at least. I'll submit a PR when I have done more testing. Found a more more tuplet positioning glitches I'd like to address at the same time.

Works for any tuplet that has a single beam that encompasses the whole tuplet.
