Certains measure not shrinking

measures 6-8 are not shrinking. Why?

I don't see a line break there. Is it possible there is a line break that is invisible? I searched the xml looking for a tag like "linebreak" and variations on that but didn't find it. I don't know what the actual tag for a line break is.

Is there functionality to delete all line breaks?

Delete all the lyrics and you'll see why. (Then use 'Undo' to bring them all back.)

Is there functionality to delete all line breaks?
Use menu item: Format > Add/Remove System Breaks... and click 'Remove current system breaks'.
