A Solution found for a MuseScore4 "corrupt file" issue
MuseScore4 Version: 4.0.0.223472200 Revision: 5485621
My saved file, when loading, continuously complained that it was a "corrupt file", however, if I chose "ignore" it would load. It would not, however save and fix the problem - always saving as a corrupt file. I finally found that if I exported from MuseScore4 as an MXL file and tried to load into MuseScore3, when I would get "corrupt file" if I chose "details" I then got the diagnosis, "Measure 34, staff 4 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 5/4". This was EXACTLY what I needed when reopening the file into MuseScore4. After opening in MuseScore4 I found measure 34 with 5 beats of rests, copied another measure (with 4 beats of rests) into it, resaved and got an uncorrupted, loadable file!
I will copy the MXL below. I suggest that MuseScore4 also implement this diagnostic tool in its MSL loading, as it does not produce that helpful message upon attempting to load this MXL file. It would be nice if it offered the same diagnostics loading a "mscz" file.

Bringing back that diagnosis dialog is indeed the plan
