Getting MuseSounds to the unconnected
Soon as I heard about MuseScore 4, I jumped on it and got all the sounds installed. I could do this because I have the bandwidth to pull them all down quickly.
But my mother... She directs a church choir, and the first thing she asked about was transposing. (MuseScore does that.) But her internet connection is for the birds, specifically dodos because it's so slow. Downloading a multiple gigabyte library would literally take her all day, especially when an easily bored four-year-old (my father) resets the internet connection because he thinks it's slow.
Is there a way to download the MuseSounds library to a thumb drive or other sneakernet conveyance and transport them to her machine that way? As it happens I'll be seeing her in a few days...
