Full score and Single Part not the same

After some innocent editing, the full score and single part views do not match and the single part version is completely wrong. See screen grabs.

1) Open attached MSCZ file
2) Notice layout around the start of the Coda

3) Open the Single Part view
4) Notice layout errors:
a) The Coda mark is in the wrong place
b) One measure is completely empty
c) The ritard notation is missing
d) Garbage is present just before the double bar
