This is for MuseScore 4.0 (btw, the issue form does not allow to use 4.0, only 4.x-dev)
Clic on Help/Online Manual (in the French version it's Aide/Manuel en ligne)
The URL used is wrong: https://musescore.org/handbook/4 (==>404) although the right URL sould be https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4
(and the French version is not (yet?) published at https://musescore.org/fr/handbook/4)
