MuseScore 4.0 Crashes Windows 11

1. Click on Musescore 4 Icon to start.
2. Application crashes without error or any further indications.

I performed an uninstall and reinstall 3 times. Still a problem.
Tried windows repair. It still didn't work.

This is same issue as #339922
