source code for MS 3.6.2

I'm having real problems getting MS3 to play nicely with jack, and from all that I've read so far it seems appimages do not play nicely with jack.

Is there somewhere i can find the source code for MS 3.6.2, and i'll build it myself? All i can find at the moment is code for MS4, and that doesn't do jack at all.
