drag notes to desktop/other apps

thanks for the amazing work on Musescore 4

I have a feature request that bridges the biggest gap between music "production" and composition:

make it possible, like on Maschine or others, to select a musical passage and drag it outside of Musescore, as a midi sequence, either to file or directly into another apps (especially thinking of Ableton Live and Logic pro).

I believe this could be a game changer as Ableton doesn't have any scoring capabilities and force those of us who write music notation to resort the horrible piano roll things).

Let's empower the musicians/composers/people who write music to thrive in the real world of music production!
