Playback with Muse Sounds is causing different sections of the score to play at the same time

This issue arises when:
- I use View > Playback Setup > Muse Sounds > Activate This Profile to switch sound fonts
- I play the piece from any measure at any point in the score
This bug only exists if I use the Muse Sounds on this specific score; the default sound font plays back normally. Switching back and forth doesn't fix the issue, nor does saving and re-opening the score. It may also be worth noting that the score uses repeats and was transferred from MS3 to MS4.

See #340504: Player playing sounds from multiple places in the score at the same time. At later parts in the score, no sounds play from the piano instrument at all. Seemingly only affects the piano.
