Oboe Bb/A# issue

When using the new Muse Sounds, a Bb/A# on the oboe will, for whatever reason, play on the first beat of the measure it appears in, regardless of where it is actually supposed to play and if there are any other notes before it.

UPDATE (2/6/23): The new Woodwinds update somewhat fixed the issue. Now, the Bb/A# will play relatively close to the beat the note is set for, but it will still play a bit early.
