métronome

Hello and happy new year to all of you !
With the new version "4", I can no longer have the metronome to count an empty measure before starting to listen to the music. With version "3" we had the control in the playback window below the metronome volume, the icon was a hand with a stick. Where do we find the equivalent with version "4"?
