Request For Custom Page Numbers

As far as I can tell there is no function that allows you to start page numbers with a number besides '1'. Is there a workaround for this? I want to combine scores into one bound publication. The most recent forum post I found was from 2010.

My suggestion would be for page numbers to be input like: $p+1) or an input box on the Head Footer screen: First Page Number: [default=1].
