MS4 crashes on Deleting Instruments from score originally created in MS3

On January 2nd I had already reported that problem, including having attached the problematic score but nobody seemed to take notice of this except one other user who had the same problem. I am working on an Intel iMac with Montery 12.6.2. I would think this was a well described bug which could be reproduced (or not, but I would love to know) and hopefully taken care of as the case may be. This time I am attaching another score with which I had again the same problem.
