problems opening scores created on different software versions- MuseScore 3 and MuseScore 4

I have MS4 on my PC which works fine but I am unable to open scores composed on MS4 at work (which has MS3 and tech will not allow upgrade to MS4). Any solutions to allow me to either downgrade MS4 to MS3 at home or convert MS4 scores to be readable on MS3?
