Adjust dynamics velocity in Properties dialog

Musescore 3.6.2 allowed me to select a dynamic on the score, press F8 for the Properties dialog, and adjust the velocity. How do I do this in version 4?

Apparently it won't be working. So far, that doesn't work, hairpins don't work, stuttering note when you click on it using Muse Sounds, etc. Much to fix.
