Muse Score 4 Crashes when attempting to open certain Part Scores
Hey There!
Muse Score 4 will crash as soon as I try to open the Tenor Sax or the Trombone Parts. All other Parts seem to work fine..
This happens both on my Laptop and my PC - I tried reinstalling everything, no change. Don't know what to do now, honestly..
Thanks for Your help and all the best,
Lukas

oookay - I figured it out!
Turns out, it was the layout breaks from the multiple different repeats in the different instruments.
Noticed that through isolating the last bar I could copy into an empty new part without crashing, and then trying to insert a measure after that (to see if i could copy it there instead) - it would just jump and select the next already existing measure in that instance as if the bar I tried to copy earlier didn't even exist..
I think You'll be able to reproduce the error easily and maybe find a fix?
For now I just removed all the layout braks, since they're not needed in this case anyways.
All the Best!
It crashes whenever I write something for the flute (it seems). I thought it had to do with the key changes, but I was writing something and it began to act up as soon as I wrote only 3 notes for the flute part. ONLY 3 NOTES!!! I tried to listen to it and it crashed, now every time I open the score, it opens and then crashes again so I can't even get rid of the flute. This ruined two of my scores and I'm fuming right now about it. I don't even know if it's the flute, I wrote a huge score without writing anything for the flute and it works just fine. I don't know what the issue is but it needs to be fixed, I shouldn't ruin 2 (20 second scores) with some bug I'm not even aware of.

It would be more helpful if you had created a new post. However we need a score to be able to help.
