I have a Musescore file that was generated with the PDF converter on https://musescore.com/import#
In some tacts the tact has a Nominal value of 4/4 but a effective value of 16/16
1) I acces the tact menu by marking the tact and rightclicking it
2) I change the effective value of 16/16 to 4/4
3) I press Apply (Anwenden in my language settings) -> nothing happens
4) I press OK or one of the little arrows to switch beteween tacts
5) The effective value is resetted to 16/16

Why is there both an apply and an OK button?

Apply is to be able to go to the previous or next measure, OK applies and leaves the dialog
