How to download and install Muse Hub

Ok -- I would like to know how to download and install Muse Hub for MuseScore 4.

I seemed to have managed to download MuseScore 4, but when I click on the link in the dock (using Elementary OS) it says "MuseScore 4 Portable." Is that somehow different than a 'regular' version of Muse Score?

I downloaded Muse Hub into my downloads folder, but when I try to use commands to install it it says it cannot find Muse_Hub.deb.

Why is it so difficult in Linux to download and install Software? It's really infuriating.
