MuseScore 4 overwrote MuseScore3 and now I can't Normalize Parts from MuseScore 3 scores.

Exports are not normalizing in MuseScore 4. Respective fader positions are 0, 0, and 0.
There was no key to disable normalize, and I would not have selected it; neither was it selected for the original MuseScore 3 score.
