MuseScore 4 - VST effects and MacOS AU (Audio Units)

With the advent of VST sound libraries in MuseScore 4 I was under the impression that we would get VST Effects. I see the MuseFX reverb and delay, but don't know if those are VST. Are they?

Audio Units effects are built into MacOS and I often use its Graphic EQ, Parametric EQ, Audio Matrix Reverb, various compressors, various delays including Sample Delay. I hope to be able to employ Audio Units effects from within MuseScore. Is that something I can currently achieve.?

• If so, is there some configuration required.
• If not, is it a priority for future updates?
