Higher and lower harpsichord notes won't play back

I'm finding that notes higher than A#5 don't play back in a harpsichord part.
Standard harpsichord range is up to F6.
Same problem at the other end: F1, G1, G#1, a1 don't play.
I have installed all the MuseHub sound fonts, and in the Mixer it shows as "Harpsichord".
Any suggestions how to get this to play?
