The MuseSounds Concert Snare does not work for me.

I am currently writing a piece that has a part for Concert Snare. I am using MuseSounds for everything else in the piece (except the drumset) and the MS Basic sound font just doesn't meet the level of quality I need (especially with how good all the other sounds are). However, when I switch the sound font from MS Basic to MuseSounds, the snare just doesn't make any sound whatsoever. Is this a known bug, and if so, is there a fix for it? If there is no fix, could I expect a fix to the sound font itself?
