Refrain with 4 verses

I have a hymn with a layout that starts with a refrain and ends with 4 verses. The visual representation of the included score is very much as it appears in the hymnal. Really, the only difference is that in the hymnal, there is a D.C. at the end, where I have a D.C. al Fine at the end, and the Fine at the end of the second volta. Playback should include the first volta the first 4 times, and end with the repeated refrain going into the 2nd volta. I'm pulling my hair out on this one. Does anyone have any tips on how I could get proper playback, with the score looking reasonably as I have it now? It's a standard layout for a hymn to begin with a refrain, and have the verses after, ending with the refrain.
My file is almost correct. The problem is that the second to the last time it uses the second volta. It plays the last verse after that, circles back to the refrain, goes back to the second volta and ends.
Playback should be refrain (V1) verse 1, refrain (V1) verse 2, refrain, (V1) verse 3, refrain (V1) verse 4, refrain (V2) where V1 is volta 1and V2 is volta 2.
