Bug: capo playback jumps around the octave.

When playing a guitar score that uses a capo, playback of certain notes jumps up or down an octave relative to the other notes. So some notes are correctly raised as per the capo instructions, while others are raised by an octave plus the capo.

Then, after saving and re-opening the file, the capo instructions remain in place but playback is without the capo.

For example, in the attached, when opening the file, the capo set at 5 is seemingly disregarded. Then after opening the capo setting, it plays the A and B in a higher octave than the C and D (in voice 1).
