microtonal playback not working
the playback currently does not work at all for microtonal playback.
the portamento playback option for glissando bugs and does not sound as it should
and the option to retune individual notes by cents does not work, they merely get rounded to the closest "normal" pitch.

Microtonal playback is supported for soundfonts; not currently for Muse Sounds. So switch to a soundfont to get that behavior.
It's not clear what problem you are experiencing with glissandi, but if you attach your score and precise steps to reproduce the problem, someone should be able to assist.
