No audio

I had this problem before where the audio randomly just stopped working on my score, but I was able to fix it after some research. This time around, I tried everything I could find and even did a factory reset, but I cannot get the sound to work at all.

I have to create a composition as my final and I cannot work on it until this problem is fixed so someone please help.
