When the Play toolbar is undocked from the toolbar area, it automatically expands to include two slider controls. By dragging the sliders you can adjust the playback position and tempo of playback.
To undock the position of the playback toolbar, click on and hold the six dots at the left of the toolbar, then drag and drop it to the desired location.
