accidentally subscribed to MuseScore PRO+ member : HELP!

I just saw in my bank account that I was charged $98 (CAD) from musescore and realized of accidental subscription to MuseScore PRO+ member.

I never intended to subscribe to MuseScore PRO+ member and hoping to cancel my membership as I am not a musician.

I would pay for individual music notes if I downloaded 1 or two this week.
i think I downloaded just one.

Hoping that you can fix this for me.
I would like to unsubscribe and get the fee back if possible, I am truly not rich.
