Fine-tuning dynamics with MuseSounds

I am using MuseScore 4 with MuseSounds; specifically, MuseKeys: Grand Piano. It sounds pretty good, but I want to fine-tune the playback dynamics without having to add a bunch of dynamic markings, even if I can make them invisible. It seems manually adjusting the velocity of each note has no effect. Is there a way to do this?
Accents seem to work, but I want... the opposite of an accent. Unstress marks don't seem to have any effect on playback.

I believe that it is not yet possible to adjust velocity. As you found out. Until various features are re-introduced, you might be kind of stuck.
