Concert Pitch inverted
When Concert pitch is enabled, notes are presented correctly but key signatures are in transposed.
If it is disabled, key signatures are presented correctly but notes are transposing.

A couple of people have encountered this situation, but so far I don't think anyone has found the precise steps to reproduce the issue. If you figure it out, please followup here, and if someone else can confirm, the next step is to open an issue on GitHub detailing those steps. There is one known reproducible case already fixed for the next update - https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/16554 - but it's specific to parts.

Yes, following the steps of that given issue seems to be applicable to my case as well.
It was indeed only occurring with the context of a part...

I think when you switch from part scores, the toggle remains where it was, despite differences between the part scores and full score. Switching it on and then back off should move it back to what you want. Is that what happens with yours?
