Rall, rit, and gradual tempo changes not adding to parts

Hi there,
I've been extracting parts for a large project recently. Up until today there was little to no issue adding rall, rit, etc to my parts from my score. Now, I go to make a new part and they aren't there, and when I copy the part from the larger score they won't paste either. Please help!
