file moves from left to the right by itself

Today whenever I have the cursor on an open file it starts moving across the screen from left to right by itself. If I put the cursor on the toolbar it stops moving. I can't find how to stop it from moving. Makes it impossible to work on a score!
Anyone able to help me solve this problem?
