The Options for Creatiing New Scores
Sorry the second page is unfinished, and it's not the new score page, and there's some uncessary writing and inconsistency also both are untitied, but I feel these could be some really real and useful changes. (I had communiity help with this Idea (Their creation) This means alot to me)

Also with the liminality of scroll fields, the option to turn them on/off seems key(I had community help with this idea(It's creation), I think that means a lot both ways)
I felt a bit lost looking at your pictures. Especially the first one. It is difficult to identify exactly what you have in mind and what is the feature request you are proposing for discussion.
Especially when you start the Feature Request discussion with "Sorry the second page is unfinished, and it's not the new score page, and there's some uncessary writing and inconsistency also both are untitied, but". What a strange and unusual way to start such a discussion.
Perhaps a summary in the text of your feature request would help to say what you want to change and for what benefits.
I've also the feeling that you are mixing several requests: one for the New Score dialog and some others for the Playback Controls toolbar. Perhaps splitting those requests in different discussions would help too.
