How do I change the instruments on staves?
I have a score that's generated by AnthemScore from a recording. It's in the familiar piano notation, upper staves treble clef, lower staves bass clef (right hand / left hand).
How can I reset it to two guitar staves? Same notes, just the right hand notes will now be on an Spanish acoustic (tenor-ish) guitar and the left hand notes on, say, a dreadnaught or bass-ish guitar. I'm looking to retain the notes, not transcribe them to guitar tabs.

Easiest way is to add the instruments you want and copy/paste from the individual piano staves. Then you can remove the piano.
See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/working-instruments for how to add and remove instruments.

Of course - thanks! Not sure why I lose my mind every time I delve into this program...
Now I'll go through the docs and learn how to select one complete staff from start to finish...

Select the first measure. Scroll to the end and Shift-select the last measure.
Or: Select the first measure and press Shift - End. This works only in the continuous view.
That's it.

Or: Select the first note and press CTRL+SHIFT+END. This works in page view mode.
See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/selecting-elements for more ways to select things.
