Midi Output Control

Hello,
I am an educator and work to make visuals for my students to follow in the course of my teaching both in class and online. It would be great if more control of how midi is transmitted out of Musescore, for instance, to be able to filter out the midi clock, separate tracks into different midi channels as well. I am using Max Msp to create automated visuals of fingerings using a midi keyboard for my band in string students. When I transmit midi from musescore, it becomes a fuddled mess because I cannot filter the midi data coming from musescore.
