MuseScore Pro Error

I today opened the musescore app to find a message with a new offer with a discount for being a long term member for a musescore pro subscription, so i decided to purchase it. However, even though the purchase went through as shown in the image below, MuseScore Pro has not been added to my account. Please help ASAP as i feel i have been incredibly scammed.
