How do you handle dynamics (pp, mp, mf, f, ff etc.) in musescore 4 for parts with VST instruments? It seems to me that it doesn't work

They should work the same for VST instruments as any other. If you attach your score and tell people which VST's you are using and which specific dynamic marking isn't doing what you expect, someone may be able to assist.
