Item wrapping

I cannot seem to be able to make crescendo/decrescendo, pedaling, slurs/shapes wrap from one line to the next, either in 1.3 or 2.0...I've been using the product for about a year now, and I find it to be of far better quality than Finale, but without the ability to have a utility wrap from one page to another, or from one line to another is troubling, especially when I go in to edit measure sizes for ease of read.

Any help?
