Score file vanished

I was writing a score, it was all working fine, I played it a few times on my computer, and I minimized musescore so I could work on something else, when I opened it again, it said "Corrupted file", and a few more things, and the score was no longer there, nor the file, and it was almost finished, what can I do? I can't lose this score...
