Piano Pedal No Longer Applies to Full Measure by Default

When I add a pedal marking, it only applies to the specific note I selected. In the old version, if you select a note, the pedaling would extend to the end of the measure by default. Having the piano pedaling apply to the entire measure is far more common than it only applying to a single note. In the old version, if I wanted pedaling over a specific area, I could specify as needed, giving me the perfect mix of convenience and specificity. I think we should add that feature back
