Move Notehead and stems, not changing the time

In Musescore 3 there was an editor palette that allowed you to move the position of a note by giving a - or + value. I do not see this editor palette in Musescore 4. I have notes the 1st and 2nd layer that overlap, I need to move one of them. How do I do this?
