Place an agogic term on the first staff of a family of instruments

I'm lost...
...how can I place an agogic term (e.g., Adagio or rall. on the first staff of one or more instrument families (e.g., Percussion and Strings)?
Among the orchestral templates proposed by MS there is for example the one attached where, placing a trend term on the staff of the Flute automatically also enters on the staff of the Violins I. How can I achieve this? How can I create a template for myself?

So far you'd have to use one of the templates that do this, or add the corresponding 'secret sauce' to your score manually, as a UI for this currently is not available.

The 'secret sauce' is this snippet:

    <SystemObjects>
      <Instance staffId="9" barNumbers="false"/>
      </SystemObjects>

Just before <Part> starts in the mscx.
You'd need to adjust the number to match whatever staff you want that extra tempo text to show
