I am trying to get my Akai LPK25 Wireless MIDI Keyboard to connect to MuseScore on my Arch Linux workstation. I installed alsa-utils, fluidsynth and soundfont-fluid which allowed me to plug it in via USB, start MuseScore then select it in the Preferences -> I/O -> Midi Input drop-down. Note input and playback works exactly as it should and everything is all happy happy.
However, I just can't work out how to get it to work through Bluetooth. I have used bluetoothctl to do an LE scan, & I have paired it - but MuseScore can't see it. I even tried pairing it as a normal Bluetooth device, but that didn't work either. I'm sure that I'm missing something simple, but I couldn't find anything in the MuseScore handbook or old forum posts.
My Bluetooth adapter works fine (Kinivo BTD 400 Bluetooth 4.0 USB), is fully Linux compatible & I regularly use it to connect a pair of headphones, so I know that it works. I can also connect the LPK25 to my various Android devices, so I definitely know that its Bluetooth works.
